How do rankings work?
Businesses can appear in their chosen industry and city. Ranking positions are influenced by bids, with higher eligible bids securing more prominent placement. Businesses without a bid are listed alphabetically below those with bids.

Listing is always free. Bids are paid securely by card and are shown in full before you confirm. A bid holds your position until another business bids higher — there is no renewal and bids are not refundable.
What a bid means
Your bid determines how prominently your business appears within its ranking. Bids are public, so everyone can see what the top position currently costs and what it would take to secure it.
Minimum increments scale
Positions move in £5 steps at lower amounts. As a position becomes more sought after the step rises to £10, £25 and £50.
Visibility nationally and locally
Every listing appears in its UK industry ranking and in its city ranking, so you can be found where your customers are looking.
You always know where you stand
If another business moves ahead of you, you'll be notified with the amount needed to secure a more prominent position again.

Creating or claiming a standard listing costs nothing. Bidding is optional.
